WHOW is a 501(c)3 non-profit that empowers women by seizing opportunities, seeking solutions, and creating change by utilizing strengths-based approaches for leadership development in higher education.

WHOW brings together women academic leaders for an appreciative leadership gathering. We are committed to the use of appreciative inquiry and strengths-based engagements that uplift women; inspire positive leadership; and support generative leadership.
